Overview

An HTTP::Server that disables Nagle's algorithm on its TCP listeners.

Accepted connections inherit TCP_NODELAY from the listening socket. Without it a small write that follows an earlier write on a keep-alive connection, such as the terminating chunk of a flushed response, waits for the client's delayed ACK (about 40ms on Linux). Every bind_* method, including TLS, binds through #bind(Socket::Server).
